Mac CEO denies being critically ill
No CommentsLovable CEO of Apple Mac, Steve Jobs has announced to the public that he is vowing to stay on as the leading CEO of the computer giant and also insists that he is not dying of some mystery illness. He recently quashed persistent rumours regarding his health and blamed his sudden weight loss on a “hormone imbalance” which occurred earlier this year.
In a letter to the MAC community, Steve Jobs said the illness has been “robbing me of the proteins my body needs to be healthy. Sophisticated blood tests have confirmed this diagnosis”. Speculation about Steve Jobs’ health have affected the share price within Apple Mac after the company recently announced that neither Steve or Apple mac would be presenting new technology advancements at the annual Macworld conference which begins in San Francisco on the 5th January. Now that Steve is being treated for the condition he has no intention of stepping down from being the CEO of the company.
As this statement was released, Apple’s share price increased by 2.68% to $93.43 which is a great sign that things are back on tracking for the best computer company in the world. The initial panic from Apple was that there is no successor to Steve Jobs at Apple. Subsequently, there have been numerous people who have had to step up to more responsibility in the company in order to try and find a suitable replacement as the CEO of Apple. Apple has stated that they have a succession plan in place but they have not discussed it publicly. It will be hard to match the popularity and anticipation that surrounded the unveilings by Steve Jobs which included the imac computer, the iphone and the online music service, itunes. Nevertheless I am sure that we will see some interesting developments from the Apple team but I am sure that they will be more evolutionary products rather than revolutionary.Wireless Keyboards.

Why is it that I’m the techy-go-to-for-help-with-computers guy? Oy. Wireless keyboards suck yo, stick to wired, lot less hassle.

there’s no wired option. I’ve never really cared about wireless keyboards, seems like a waste of battery to me.
